Becoming a Certified Learning and Development Practitioner provides evidence that you meet the Standard for Learning and Development Practitioners and you:

  • run an ethical operation and undertake Continuing Professional Development
  • know how to determine, design, deliver and evaluate learning and development programmes and
  • are involved in a sustainable commercially governed model.
